OCAD TECHNOLOGIES β No Return / No Refund Policy Only Transfer to Another Batch or Course.
1. Policy Statement
At OCAD TECHNOLOGIES, all course fees paid are non-refundable transfer to another batch or course, once enrollment is completed. By enrolling in any course, students agree to this No Return / No Refund Policy.
2. Course Fees
All payments made toward course fees, registration fees, installment payments, and deposits are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after payment is made.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Fees will not be refunded in the following cases, including but not limited to:
Student decides not to attend the course.
Change of mind after enrollment.
Failure to attend classes.
Absence due to personal, medical, or professional reasons.
Dissatisfaction with course content, trainer, or schedule.
Late joining or missed classes.
Incomplete course participation.
Expulsion due to misconduct or violation of centre rules.
Discounted, promotional, or special-offer courses.
Online, hybrid, or recorded training programs.
Issued study materials, software access, or licenses.
4. Course Transfers
Course transfers (from one CAD course to another) may be allowed once, subject to approval by management.
Any fee difference must be paid by the student.
Transfer requests must be submitted within 6 days of course start.
5. Centre-Initiated Changes
If OCAD TECHNOLOGIES cancels or postpones a course due to unavoidable reasons, the centre may:
Offer enrollment in an alternative batch or course.
Provide online training access.
No cash refunds will be issued.
6. Student Responsibility
It is the studentβs responsibility to understand the course syllabus, duration, schedule, and requirements before enrolling.
By making payment, students confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
7. Policy Updates
OCAD TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be applicable to all enrollments.
8. Acceptance of Policy
Payment of fees constitutes full acceptance of this No Return / No Refund Policy.
